Who are we?
AskBami was born from our own story. During a trip to South Korea as a couple, Gauthier was discovering the country for the first time — and Seoyoung's family, as she is Korean native. A challenge quickly emerged: Seoyoung wanted to fully enjoy time with her loved ones without constantly playing interpreter, while Gauthier wanted to explore the city independently but faced the barrier of language and local logistics. It is from this shared frustration that AskBami was born: to create the ideal pocket companion that frees independent travelers, relieves their local contacts, and allows everyone to experience Korea from the inside, in complete serenity.
